NEW SKILLS FOR A CHANGING WORLD

With the ultimate goal being to better prepare the next generation of leaders for a rapidly changing world, Clark Plexico, the President of International Strategies, brings a unique perspective to these issues.  He has been an international educator, businessman, and state senator who chaired the Education and Education Appropriations Committees, and introduced some of the first legislation in North Carolina dealing with international education.   Clark Plexico has visited and studied the educational systems of a number of countries including Ireland, England, Scotland, Norway, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Iran, India, China and Japan.  In addition, he is actively involved in on-going leadership training efforts for emerging leaders in Afghanistan and the eight former Soviet republics in Central Asia and the Caucasus, and building inter-religious partnerships in the Middle East.
