Located in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia, ICSRPA is an independent think tank specializing in political and business consultancy. It sustains the processes of change, reform and development through providing consulting services and training courses to public, private and non-governmental organizations, as well as carrying out educational programs through facilitating exchanges of students and professionals. International Strategies, Inc. works with ICSRPA by providing leadership and cross-cultural training in the Caucasus and Central Asia, and using the political risk analysis services of ICSRPA in helping clients assess investment risk in that region.
Richard Lewis Communications:
Clark Plexico is a Training Partner with Richard Lewis Communications. RLC is headquartered in the United Kingdom and based on the work of Richard Lewis, author of When Cultures Collide: Leading Across Cultures. When it suits the needs of clients, International Strategies, Inc. works with RLC to have clients complete the on-line cultural analysis “CultureActive” to give participants a personal cultural profile. This enables individuals and groups to see their own cultural profile and better understand how they might relate to and work with other cultures. International Strategies and RLC also work together in helping ensure that country-specific workshops have the most appropriate resources available.
